MPLS, RNC AND REHOME SURGE PROJECTS - Northeast to Southeast including Puerto Rico Markets

 

Sr. Project Manager for AT&T RNC/REHOME SURGE TEAMS from northeast to southeast including Puerto Rico managing 85 Project Managers in 14 different markets and working with Vendors such as Ericsson, ALU and others. This was a surge project that covered both RNC’s during the daytime and REHOMES during the night. Also was responsible for IuR, IuCS, IuPS and IuXX integration. This position was key customer facing, high profile project that manages the execution and delivery of a large RNC deployment and traffic migration programs.  It involves the deployment of over 450 new RNC's in the NER and SER markets also using PMATT and Clarity to track the milestones. Other trackers and spreadsheets were used for scheduling for nighttime REHOME work done during the maintenance window. Had daily and weekly conference calls with AT&T PM’s and Vendors including PMO and Leadership calls. Worked with Utility Power companies in multiple states for Sub-Station power to Cell Sites, including HVSC and Transformers/Generator installations.
